Poor customer relations

After ordering a cut bouquet of flowers for my mother on Mother's Day, the Topiary sent potted annuals instead. The owner admitted to the mistake and said she would correct the order. Two weeks later my mother received a bouquet of flowers with a note saying, "Please ask your children not to use the Topiary." Rest assured -- I won't order from the Topiary again. I have found other Pittsford florists that provide nicer bouquets and great customer service.
